Five private saunas
All five rooms are Finnish-style saunas that you reserve entirely for your group. You can pour löyly whenever you like, and the temperature can be adjusted. Having learned in Finland and adopted the latest technology, we aim for a “sauna that is easy to breathe in,” so the rooms suit not only seasoned sauna-goers but also those who find heat difficult.

Lie-down sauna
NOKOSET
A sauna you can use lying down. Heat spreads evenly over the whole body, so you can warm up slowly while stretched out. Its great feature is two cold baths: a soft one of natural groundwater and an iron-rich one.
For those who want complete privacy including the open-air rest area, and for those who want to let go and rest even inside the sauna room.

Theater sauna
YHDESSÄ
A theater sauna with a monitor inside the sauna room, for video and music. You can cast YouTube and more via Chromecast, so you can watch what you like rather than only talk.
Like NOKOSET, it has two natural groundwater baths and an open-air rest area. For friends and couples who want a longer session without getting bored.

Pair sauna / Finland
TAUKO
A room produced by Noora, a Finn who formerly worked at the Embassy of Finland and now works at the Nordic travel agency Fintour. Furniture, curtains, and small details all carry the air of Finland.
Large enough to lie down alone, and just right for two. A dedicated cold bath, a fan, air conditioning, and Bluetooth music playback are available.

Pair sauna / Japanese space
HETKI
A Japanese-style room with the stillness of “In Praise of Shadows.” Spend time close to local craftsmanship: Tango washi paper, tatami, and mother-of-pearl weaving.
A room for one or two with a dedicated cold bath and indoor rest. For those who want a calm space with little conversation.

Universal sauna
JOKAINEN
A universal sauna that is easy to use whether or not you have a physical disability. Designed so you can enter in a wheelchair, with löyly steam rising from floor level.
A roomy changing area and an iron-rich cold bath make it easy for beginners and experienced sauna-goers alike. A breathing program is also available.

Cold baths
Nuka to Yuge has two kinds of cold bath drawn from groundwater: a standard groundwater bath and one using iron-rich groundwater. The water stays at about 17–18°C year-round, a temperature that is gentle on the body and easy to cool down in.
NOKOSET and YHDESSÄ have both kinds of natural groundwater and an open-air rest area. TAUKO and HETKI have a dedicated cold bath and indoor rest, while JOKAINEN features iron-rich natural groundwater and open-air rest.
