How to take the enzyme bath
1. Reception and counseling
After you arrive, we check your physical condition and what you hope to get from the visit. First-timers are given a full explanation of how to bathe.
2. Changing
Paper underwear and a hair cap are provided. Bath towels and the like are also prepared by us, so you can come empty-handed.
3. The bath
Your whole body is wrapped in fermented rice bran. The guide time is 15 to 20 minutes; staff adjust it to your condition and how you feel the heat.
4. Shower and rest
Rinse off the rice bran and relax in the rest area. After the bath we also serve a house-made original drink.
